Eleanor O’Kelly -Lynch from Golden Apple Training worked with us to devise a customer care training programme for our sales and administrative staff. The material used was specifically written for ISS Hygiene Services and was, for that reason, particularly helpful and well received by staff. Once we had explained what exactly we wanted to achieve from the training, Eleanor devised a programme to suit our requirements and we worked together to maximize the overall impact and success of the training.
